Pollard Ranch, about 20 minutes Northwest of downtown Portland, Oregon, produces sustainable timber and Christmas trees for retail, delivery, wholesale, and fundraising activities.  Our U-cut Christmas tree plantation offers a wholesome outdoor experience for the whole family. Our farm also delivers fresh cut Christmas trees straight to your door (within 20 miles of our farm). It also provides a positive and efficient platform for non-profit organizations to engage the local community.  The concept for Pollard Ranch was hatched in 2008, around the time our son was born.  Since then, we have also been blessed with three daughters, as well as the good fortune of living on Pollard Ranch.

Our family invites you to spend a day with us and find what you treasure.

Lloyd and Meghan Pollard established Pollard Ranch in 2010 when they acquired a parcel of timber ground (now the Upper Unit of Pollard Ranch).  In 2013, Pollard Ranch doubled in size with the addition of the Lower Unit, a nearby parcel of farm land.  Both the Upper Unit and the Lower Unit are set atop Skyline Ridge in the Tualatin Mountains about 20 minutes northwest of Portland, Oregon, offering spectacular views of the Tualatin Valley, the Coast Range, and several peaks of the Cascades.

Into the 1960's, the Krueger family farmed the Lower Unit, except a 5-acre woodlot, and surrounding lands.  In 1965, Caroline Krueger sold the Lower Unit, still in farm production, and adjacent property to Robert and Marie Walsh.  Robert and Marie, and Marie's heir, continued producing a variety of crops on the Lower Unit until the current Christmas tree plantation was established in 2005.  Lloyd and Meghan acquired the Lower Unit from Marie's heir on January 31, 2013, and since have enjoyed watching the resident wildlife, including deer, elk, and raptors.
