Pollard Ranch will deliver a freshly harvested Christmas tree to your door from our large commercial plantation located about 20 minutes northwest of Portland, Oregon. Or, if you prefer to visit the farm, our friendly and courteous staff can have your freshly harvested tree staged and ready to load when you arrive. We also have fresh and local wreaths and garland available. If you visit us, look for resident wildlife, including elk, deer, bobcats, and raptors. Stay and enjoy a cup of hot cocoa, visit with friends, or just warm yourself by a fire.

Shipping
We deliver locally in the Portland, Oregon metro area, i.e., within 20 miles of our farm. Our deliveries are limited to Thursdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas each year. Typically, orders must be placed at least 12 hours in advance of delivery to ensure time for our freshly cut trees to be harvested and loaded for delivery.
Returns
We endeavor to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Nevertheless, because all of our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns after a customer takes delivery of any items purchased online or in person from our farm. We also do not accept returns of any trees that our customers choose and cut from our farm.
Therefore, please inspect all items at the time of delivery (or, if done in person, at the time of purchase or before cutting) to ensure you are satisfied with the condition, quality and species of the purchased item. If you are not 100% satisfied with the condition, quality or species, please reject delivery of any unsatisfactory items (or do not buy them or cut them). In our sole discretion, we will refund the price you paid or we will provide you with a substitute item of equal or greater retail value.
